Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our product—a digital, downloadable anti-cheat software—we do not offer refunds once the purchase is complete. Once the product has been delivered, it is considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Eligibility for Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you did not receive access to the purchased product after completing payment, contact us within 14 days.
  • Technical Errors: If the product is defective and unusable due to errors caused by Fivemsecure, we will assess the issue for refund or replacement eligibility.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@fivemsecure.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the following details:
    • Date of purchase
    • Payment method
    • Transaction ID (if available)
    • Description of the issue
  3. Wait up to 7 business days for our team to review and respond.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Actual processing time may vary depending on your financial provider.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. Filing unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and denial of future access to our services.
